Warranty provider
The listing, invoice, or warranty document should identify whether coverage is provided by the seller, manufacturer, authorized distributor, or another provider. Unless TAZEET is expressly identified as warrantor, TAZEET coordinates support but does not become the product warrantor merely by hosting the listing or fulfilling delivery.
Statutory rights
A commercial warranty is additional to mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods. A warranty period or exclusion cannot lawfully reduce those rights.
Making a claim
Open the order and provide the problem, date, available serial number, photographs or video, invoice, and troubleshooting already attempted. You may be asked to back up data, remove personal accounts, disable device locks, or return the product safely before service.
Repair, replacement, or refund
The lawful remedy depends on the problem, product, time since delivery, repair feasibility, recurrence, stock, and local law. Service must be completed within a reasonable or legally required time and without significant inconvenience. Replaced or repaired goods remain covered as required by law.
Common exclusions
A voluntary warranty may exclude proven accidental damage, unauthorized modification, misuse, normal wear, consumables, or damage after delivery, but the provider must establish and apply exclusions fairly. It may not exclude a pre-existing defect, concealed problem, false description, or mandatory liability.
Data on devices
Back up and remove personal information where possible before service. Repair may erase data. Do not send passwords or payment credentials with a device. Contact support if the device cannot be safely accessed or wiped.
