These Terms govern access to and use of the TAZEET websites, applications, customer accounts, checkout, support, and related services (“TAZEET Services”). The platform is operated by TAZARA FZ-LLC, incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence No. 7004983, or by another operator expressly identified for a particular service or transaction (“TAZEET”, “we”, “us”).
1. TAZEET is a marketplace platform
TAZEET provides technology that enables independent third-party sellers to offer products to customers. Unless a product page, invoice, or checkout expressly identifies TAZEET as the seller, the seller named on the order is the merchant and supplier of the product. That seller is responsible for its product, description, legality, authenticity, safety, conformity, price, stock, invoice, warranty, delivery obligations allocated to it, returns, and after-sales service.
TAZEET may operate checkout, collect or refund funds, provide customer support, review listings, coordinate carriers, or store and dispatch seller inventory. Those services do not transfer ownership of seller inventory or make TAZEET the manufacturer, importer, warrantor, or seller of third-party products merely because TAZEET provides the service. This allocation does not remove any responsibility imposed directly on TAZEET by mandatory law.
2. Eligibility and customer accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the Services and make purchases. If local law permits a minor to use the Services only with a parent or guardian, that adult must supervise the account and transaction. Provide accurate information, keep credentials and verification codes confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for lawful activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by TAZEET or rights that law does not permit us to limit.
3. Product information and availability
Product information is supplied primarily by sellers and may be standardized, translated, or supplemented by TAZEET. We work to improve accuracy but availability, colour, packaging, and minor non-material presentation may change. Material specifications, included items, condition, safety information, warranty provider, price, and seller identity shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Contact support before ordering if information essential to you is unclear.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase from the identified seller. Receipt of an order number confirms that the request was received, not necessarily that it was accepted. An order may be rejected or cancelled before dispatch for unavailable stock, payment failure, fraud or sanctions checks, delivery restrictions, obvious pricing error, prohibited goods, safety risk, or legal requirements. When cancellation is permitted, collected funds will be returned under the applicable payment rules.
5. Prices, taxes, promotions, and payment
The checkout shows the product price, applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and other mandatory charges known at that time. Sellers generally set their own prices. Promotions may have eligibility, stock, account, date, payment-method, or market limits. You authorize TAZEET and approved payment providers to process the transaction, fraud checks, refunds, and legally required reporting. Never send payment outside TAZEET in response to a seller message.
6. Delivery, inspection, and risk
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. They may change due to address issues, carrier disruption, customs, severe weather, public holidays, safety events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Inspect the parcel promptly and report loss, damage, missing parts, wrong items, tampering, defects, or safety concerns through your order within the displayed deadline.
7. Returns, refunds, warranties, and Buyer Protection
The Refund & Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, and any lawful category terms apply to your purchase. They add marketplace remedies and never reduce mandatory consumer rights. A seller may offer more favourable terms. Refund arrival depends on the original payment method, financial institution, and legally required checks.
8. Reviews, messages, and customer content
Content must be lawful, genuine, relevant, respectful, and must not disclose unnecessary personal information. You retain rights in content you own and grant TAZEET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, moderate, and display it for operating and promoting the Services. Do not post content that is fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, abusive, unsafe, or manipulated. TAZEET may remove content or restrict features where reasonably necessary.
9. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, scraping that burdens the Services, malware, fake reviews, promotion abuse, harassment, unlawful resale, chargeback abuse, or transactions outside TAZEET intended to bypass safeguards. Do not impersonate another person or interfere with another customer, seller, or system.
10. Intellectual property
TAZEET’s software, branding, design, and original content belong to TAZEET or its licensors. A limited, revocable, non-transferable right is granted for personal use of the Services. Third-party product brands belong to their owners. Follow the Intellectual Property Rights & Notice Policy to report suspected infringement.
11. Suspension and closure
TAZEET may restrict or close accounts, cancel affected orders, or preserve relevant funds and records where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect safety, comply with law, or address serious or repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a review route. You may request account closure after open orders, refunds, disputes, and legal retention needs are addressed.
12. Service availability and liability
TAZEET does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability of a seller or product, or that every error can be prevented. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAZEET is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of opportunity, profit, or data arising from customer use. For a claim directly arising from TAZEET Services, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order or service. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Privacy and electronic communications
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You agree to receive transactional notices electronically. Marketing is sent only where permitted and may be opted out of without stopping essential order, safety, or account notices.
14. Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, safety, or service reasons. Material changes will be announced through the platform, account, or email and apply from the stated effective date. The Customer Market Legal & Compliance Rider for your marketplace states the governing law, local rights, and forum. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting terms.
15. Contact
Use the Contact Us page or the support address displayed for your marketplace. Include the order number but never send passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment-card details.
