TAZEET is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers across Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The platform is operated by TAZARA FZ-LLC, incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence No. 7004983.

Our purpose

We are building a marketplace where local businesses can reach customers through clear product information, market-aware payments, practical fulfillment options, and accountable customer support. Our goal is simple: make online commerce easier to understand, safer to operate, and better adapted to each market.

How the marketplace works

Independent sellers offer products through TAZEET. The seller identified on the product and order is normally the product merchant. TAZEET provides the technology, checkout, support tools, marketplace standards, and optional fulfillment services that connect the transaction. What we value

  • Clarity: understandable prices, seller identity, delivery expectations, policies, and remedies.
  • Trust: account safeguards, seller verification processes, listing controls, Buyer Protection, and evidence-based case review.
  • Local relevance: market-specific currencies, payment methods, seller programs, support contacts, and legal riders.
  • Accountability: product-safety reporting, intellectual-property notices, customer complaints, seller enforcement, and appeals.
  • Access: experiences designed for mobile devices, varied connection speeds, and customers with diverse abilities.

For customers

Customers can compare products and sellers, pay through approved checkout methods, track orders, request returns, and use Buyer Protection when an eligible issue is not resolved.

For sellers

Seller Central provides product, inventory, order, fulfillment, settlement, advertising, and account-health tools. Eligible plans may offer zero percentage sales commission while optional services and clearly disclosed fees remain separate.

Responsible growth

TAZEET does not publish inflated seller, product, delivery, or security claims. Our services evolve by market, and availability is confirmed in the relevant storefront or Seller Central. We work with sellers, logistics providers, payment providers, customers, and authorities to improve marketplace quality.
