Delivery estimate
The product page and checkout provide the best available estimate using inventory location, seller handling time, destination, fulfillment method, carrier service, public holidays, and operational conditions. The order page provides updated status. An estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Who fulfills the order?
An independent seller may fulfill directly (“Fulfilled by Seller”), or TAZEET or an approved logistics provider may fulfill seller-owned stock (“Fulfilled by TAZEET”). The order identifies the seller and available fulfillment information. Responsibility for a delivery issue is allocated after review of the fulfillment method and evidence.
Address and contact details
Provide a complete, serviceable address and accurate contact details. Review them before ordering. A change may be unavailable after dispatch for fraud and carrier-security reasons. Never share a one-time account or payment code with a courier.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking may appear after physical carrier handover. Some routes use multiple carriers and not every event is real-time. Delivery may require a signature, identity or age check, one-time delivery confirmation, or another lawful proof. Inspect visible parcel condition before acceptance where practical.
Delays
Severe weather, customs, border controls, safety events, public holidays, address problems, capacity, or force majeure may cause delay. TAZEET may update the estimate, reroute the parcel, or offer cancellation where required. A customer’s mandatory remedy for material delay or non-delivery remains available.
Failed delivery and return to origin
Carriers may attempt contact or redelivery. An order may be returned if the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, lawful identity or cash-on-delivery requirements are not met, or attempts are exhausted. Re-delivery charges may apply only where disclosed, lawful, and the failure was within the customer’s control.
Loss, damage, and missing items
Report the issue promptly through the order. Keep packaging and provide available photographs or video. TAZEET will coordinate investigation and a lawful replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy. A carrier claim is not a condition that can postpone mandatory customer rights beyond the legal period.
Cross-border orders
Checkout should identify known import charges and the party responsible. Additional lawful customs duties, permits, inspections, or restrictions may apply. TAZEET or the seller will not misdeclare value or contents. If an item cannot legally be imported, the order may be cancelled or returned subject to applicable rights and costs.
