Trust & Safety

Trust is built through clear rules, evidence, and accountable action.

Marketplace safeguards

TAZEET combines seller onboarding checks, catalogue controls, fraud and payment signals, customer reporting, review-integrity monitoring, account security, Buyer Protection, product-safety escalation, and seller enforcement. Controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every user or product will always comply.

Shop safely

  • Pay only through TAZEET checkout and do not send money to a seller’s personal account.
  • Never share passwords, payment PINs, card security codes, or one-time codes.
  • Check seller identity, specifications, condition, warranty, total price, and delivery estimate.
  • Keep order conversations in approved channels.
  • Report suspicious, counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, or recalled products.

Safety and urgent harm

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Stop using a potentially dangerous product and follow recall or stop-use instructions. Then report the order so TAZEET can preserve evidence, stop sales, notify the seller, and coordinate lawful action.

Fair enforcement

TAZEET may remove content, cancel affected orders, restrict accounts, preserve funds, quarantine inventory, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate. Material decisions may be reviewed using relevant evidence and applicable policy.

Transparency

TAZEET is the marketplace platform; most products are sold by independent sellers. Our policies state who is responsible, what protection applies, and how to seek review. Mandatory rights are never replaced by a platform disclaimer.
