TAZEET is a marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers. This policy sets minimum marketplace standards. It does not reduce a mandatory right to reject, return, repair, replace, or receive a refund under applicable law, and a seller may offer more favourable terms.
1. Eligible problems
Request help when a product is not received, wrong, incomplete, damaged, defective, unsafe, expired, counterfeit, materially different from its listing, or missing a promised warranty or accessory. Change-of-mind eligibility depends on market law, product category, displayed terms, hygiene, customization, activation, and condition.
2. Return window
The applicable request window is shown on the product, order, or category terms. A statutory defect or warranty right may continue after a marketplace return window. Report urgent safety issues immediately. If a delay outside your control prevented a timely request, explain it to support.
3. Starting a request
- Open the order in your TAZEET account and choose the return, refund, or problem option.
- Select the accurate reason and provide photographs, video, serial or batch information, or other relevant evidence where reasonably requested.
- Keep the product, accessories, packaging, labels, and gifts until instructions are provided.
- Use the approved label, pickup, or drop-off method and retain proof of handover.
4. Condition and inspection
You may inspect a product as reasonably necessary. Products should be returned with included parts and in the condition received, except for a defect, delivery damage, or handling reasonably needed to discover the issue. TAZEET or the seller may inspect the return. Inspection is documented and will not be used to deny rights that law does not allow us to restrict.
5. Non-returnable categories
Legitimate restrictions may apply to customized goods, perishable or short-life goods, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, activated software or digital content, and other categories where law permits restriction. The restriction must be disclosed before purchase. A restriction does not excuse counterfeit, defect, danger, misdescription, or another mandatory remedy.
6. Return costs
The seller bears reasonable return costs for wrong, defective, damaged, counterfeit, unsafe, or materially misdescribed goods unless the customer caused the issue. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the displayed terms may allocate shipping or collection costs to the customer where lawful.
7. Remedies
Depending on the issue, law, stock, and customer preference rights, the remedy may be repair, replacement, full or partial refund, returnless refund, or another agreed solution. Refunds include amounts required by law and are sent to the original payment method unless you lawfully choose another method.
8. Refund timing
TAZEET initiates an approved refund promptly after the required cancellation, return scan, inspection, or case decision. Bank, card, wallet, cash-on-delivery, and payment-provider processing times vary. Your account will show available status information.
9. Fair use
TAZEET may investigate altered evidence, empty-box returns, item switching, repeated false claims, or other abuse. Fraud controls do not remove genuine consumer rights. An account restriction may be reviewed through the dispute process.
