Safety commitment

Only lawful and safe products may be offered on TAZEET. Independent sellers are responsible for product compliance, traceability, warnings, labels, conformity, safe packaging, and recall duties. TAZEET monitors reports and may remove listings, stop delivery, quarantine inventory, or cooperate with authorities.

Report an incident immediately

Stop using a product and seek emergency or medical assistance where needed. Then report fire, electric shock, injury, poisoning, contamination, choking, unexpected overheating, battery swelling, missing warning, child-safety risk, counterfeit concern, or another serious incident through the order and Contact Us page.

Information that helps

Provide the order number, product and seller, serial or batch number, photographs, video, packaging, instructions, date and description of the incident, and any authority or medical reference you can lawfully share. Keep the product safely and do not return dangerous goods until instructions are provided.

Recalls and corrective action

TAZEET or the seller may contact you about a stop-use notice, software update, inspection, repair, replacement, return, refund, or disposal. Follow safety instructions promptly. We may use order contact details for critical safety notices even if you opted out of marketing.

No waiver of rights

A recall or marketplace remedy does not remove a right to compensation or another remedy that applicable law gives you. TAZEET’s operational assistance does not change the identity of the manufacturer, importer, or seller shown for the product unless law provides otherwise.
