Payment methods
Available cards, bank methods, wallets, instalments, and cash-on-delivery options depend on market, order, seller, risk, and provider availability. The checkout shows supported methods and the transaction currency. TAZEET or an approved provider may authorize, capture, settle, reverse, or refund payment to facilitate your purchase.
Security
Payment providers apply their own authentication and fraud controls. TAZEET will never ask through a seller message for your password, card PIN, complete card number, card security code, or one-time banking code. Report suspicious requests immediately.
Authorization and failed payments
A bank may place a temporary authorization hold even if an order is not completed. The bank controls release timing. Payment may fail or be cancelled for insufficient funds, authentication failure, risk, sanctions, technical problems, method limits, or inconsistent details.
Cash on delivery
Cash-on-delivery availability and limits vary. Use the amount and method shown in the order and request a receipt where provided. Repeated refusal, false orders, or abuse may result in COD limits, but genuine disputes and statutory rights remain reviewable.
Refund destination
Refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, TAZEET may offer another lawful method after verification. Never pay a fee or share a one-time code to “release” a refund.
Timing and currency
TAZEET initiates approved refunds promptly after the relevant trigger. Card networks, banks, wallets, cash reconciliation, and public holidays may affect posting time. For cross-border or converted transactions, the bank’s exchange rate and fees may cause the received amount to differ unless law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks and duplicate recovery
Contact support first so we can investigate. If a bank chargeback and a TAZEET refund both reimburse the same amount, the duplicate remains recoverable. TAZEET may provide transaction evidence to the payment provider and preserve affected funds while a lawful dispute is reviewed.
