Who operates the platform?

TAZEET is a multi-vendor marketplace platform operated by TAZARA FZ-LLC, Trade Licence No. 7004983, or another operator expressly identified for a specific service or transaction. TAZEET provides product discovery, ordering, payment facilitation, customer-support, and optional logistics services.

Who sells the product?

Most products are offered by independent third-party sellers. The seller’s identity is displayed on the product, offer, order, or invoice. Unless TAZEET is expressly named as the seller, your product sales contract is with that independent seller. The seller is responsible for the product’s accuracy, legality, authenticity, safety, price, stock, tax invoice, warranty, conformity, and mandatory customer remedies.

What can TAZEET do?

TAZEET may set marketplace rules, review or remove listings, collect and refund payments, provide support, coordinate shipping, inspect returned goods, resolve cases under Buyer Protection, suspend sellers, and cooperate with regulators. TAZEET may take urgent action for fraud, counterfeit, or safety risk. These actions protect the marketplace but do not automatically make TAZEET the manufacturer, importer, warrantor, or owner of seller inventory.

Fulfilled by TAZEET

“Fulfilled by TAZEET” means TAZEET or an approved provider stores, picks, packs, and dispatches seller-owned inventory. It is a logistics service, not a statement that TAZEET manufactured or sold the product. The order page will identify the seller and any separate warranty provider.

Your non-waivable rights

Nothing in this notice removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law assigns directly to a seller, TAZEET, payment provider, or logistics provider. If the law treats TAZEET as a regulated marketplace, intermediary, supplier, or data controller for a particular activity, TAZEET will meet that duty.

How to shop safely

  • Confirm the seller, product specifications, condition, warranty, total price, and delivery estimate before paying.
  • Pay only through TAZEET checkout and keep conversations within approved channels.
  • Report counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited, or misleading products immediately.
  • Use the order page to request cancellation, return, refund, or Buyer Protection.
