Intellectual Property Rights & Notice Policy

TAZEET and third-party rights

TAZEET’s software, brand, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product brands, images, descriptions, and other rights may belong to sellers, manufacturers, licensors, or other owners. Platform availability does not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse content.

Reporting suspected infringement

A rights owner or authorized agent may submit a notice through Contact Us with:

• identity and reliable contact details;
• the right claimed and evidence of ownership or authority;
• the exact listing or content location;
• an explanation of the suspected infringement;
• a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and
• a signature or other legally valid confirmation.

Review and response

TAZEET may request more information, restrict content during review, notify the seller or uploader, preserve records, and act against repeat or serious infringement. A seller may respond with authorization, authenticity records, or a supported counter-position. TAZEET’s operational action is not a final legal determination.

False notices

Do not knowingly submit a false, misleading, or abusive notice. The reporting party is responsible for its assertions and may be liable under applicable law.

DMCA notices

Where United States law, hosting, or a specific service makes the Digital Millennium Copyright Act applicable, TAZEET may process a compliant DMCA notice and counter-notice under that law. DMCA timelines do not automatically apply to every TAZEET market; local copyright and trademark procedures remain available.

Counterfeit products

Customers should report suspected counterfeit goods through the order as well as the listing report so Buyer Protection and product evidence can be preserved.
