1. Start with the order
For an order issue, use the order’s help, return, refund, or Buyer Protection option. For account, privacy, safety, or general concerns, use the Contact Us page. Provide the order or account reference and a concise explanation.
2. Seller response and TAZEET review
The seller may be asked to respond within the displayed deadline. If unresolved or urgent, TAZEET may review the listing, payment, tracking, messages, photographs, inspection, and other reliable evidence. Safety, fraud, and unauthorized-payment concerns may be escalated immediately.
3. Evidence
Provide authentic, relevant evidence and preserve the item and packaging where safe. Do not edit evidence in a misleading way or include unnecessary personal information. TAZEET may decide using available records if a party does not respond.
4. Outcome
The marketplace outcome may include information, cancellation, delivery, return, repair, replacement, full or partial refund, content removal, account action, or referral. TAZEET may provide an interim refund or preserve funds while responsibility is determined.
5. Review
If material evidence or policy was overlooked, request review through the case and explain the error. Repetitive submissions without new information may be closed. TAZEET’s case decision is an operational marketplace decision, not a court judgment or a waiver of legal rights.
6. External rights
You may contact the competent consumer, privacy, payment, product-safety, or judicial authority available in your market. You are not required to waive a non-waivable right or accept mandatory arbitration merely by using the internal complaint process. The Customer Market Legal & Compliance Rider identifies the relevant governing framework.
7. Good-faith resolution
Before formal proceedings, TAZEET encourages written escalation and good-faith resolution where appropriate. This does not prevent urgent protective relief, a chargeback right, regulator complaint, or action within a legal limitation period.
