This Rider applies to customers using the Pakistan TAZEET marketplace. It supplements the global customer policies. If there is a conflict, this Rider controls for Pakistan, and mandatory Pakistani law always prevails.

Platform and seller

TAZEET provides the electronic marketplace and related services. Unless the order expressly identifies TAZEET as seller, the independent seller named on the product, order, or invoice is the merchant and supplier responsible for its goods, product information, price, invoice, warranty, safety, and mandatory customer remedies.

Electronic transactions

Orders, notices, invoices, acceptance, and records may be created and retained electronically as recognized under Pakistan’s electronic-transactions framework. A record is not denied effect merely because it is electronic where the law recognizes it.

Fair marketing and customer information

Product and promotional information must be truthful, accurate, complete, visible, and supported. Material specifications, total charges, warnings, warranty, delivery, returns, and dispute routes must not be hidden or misleading. TAZEET may remove deceptive listings and provide customer remedies.

Consumer rights

Applicable federal and provincial consumer, sale-of-goods, competition, product, weights-and-measures, and e-commerce rules may provide rights based on your location and product. No TAZEET or seller term removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Payments and tax-related reporting

Approved payment providers, banks, couriers, sellers, or TAZEET may collect or report information and amounts where Pakistani law requires it. The checkout and invoice should display customer charges. Do not send payment outside TAZEET checkout.

Privacy and security

TAZEET and sellers must protect customer data under applicable Pakistani privacy, electronic-crime, confidentiality, and contractual requirements. Customer information may be used for the order, safety, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, and purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints and governing law

Start with the order or Contact Us process. You may also use a competent consumer, payment, product-safety, privacy, or judicial forum. Customer use of internal support does not waive an external right. These terms are governed by Pakistani law for the Pakistan marketplace, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy.

Reference frameworks

Relevant frameworks include the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, Competition Act 2010 and Competition Commission guidance, applicable provincial consumer-protection laws, and Federal Board of Revenue e-commerce rules. Your exact rights depend on the province, product, transaction, and current law.
