TAZEET is a marketplace community for lawful, respectful commerce. These Guidelines apply to reviews, questions, messages, profiles, reports, support interactions, and other user content.
Be honest and relevant
Share genuine experiences, accurate evidence, and order-relevant information. Do not manipulate reviews, submit knowingly false reports, impersonate a customer, seller, courier, brand, or TAZEET representative, or conceal a paid or personal relationship.
Respect people
Harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, hate speech, sexual harassment, exploitation, doxxing, discriminatory abuse, and encouragement of violence or self-harm are prohibited. Criticism of a product or service is welcome when expressed without abuse.
Protect privacy and security
Do not publish addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, payment data, private messages, or other unnecessary personal information. Never request passwords, one-time codes, or off-platform payment. Do not distribute malware, phishing links, or instructions for unauthorized access.
Keep commerce on TAZEET
Use marketplace communication for the relevant order or support need. Spam, unrelated promotion, customer diversion, fee avoidance, and attempts to bypass TAZEET safeguards are prohibited.
Moderation and enforcement
TAZEET may use automated signals and trained reviewers to detect abuse, remove content, limit messaging or reviews, cancel affected activity, or suspend accounts. Serious safety or legal threats may be shared with competent authorities. Where appropriate, you may request review.
Report responsibly
Use the report function or Contact Us page. Give the relevant link, order, account, and evidence. Do not retaliate against someone who raises a concern in good faith.
