Buyer Protection Policy

Buyer Protection is TAZEET’s marketplace case process for eligible purchases completed through TAZEET checkout. It supplements and does not replace rights against the seller, payment provider, or TAZEET under mandatory law.

What may be covered

• The order was not delivered within the applicable maximum resolution period.
• The item is counterfeit, wrong, materially misdescribed, damaged, defective, unsafe, expired, incomplete, or missing an advertised warranty.
• A valid cancellation, return, or refund was not completed.
• A transaction was made through your account without authorization, subject to prompt reporting and payment-provider rules.

Protection conditions

Pay through TAZEET checkout, communicate through approved channels, report the issue within the displayed window or any longer legal period, take reasonable care of the product, and provide available evidence. Off-platform payments and arrangements cannot normally be investigated through Buyer Protection.

How cases are assessed

TAZEET may review the listing at purchase, order and payment records, tracking, delivery evidence, communications, photographs, inspection results, safety information, serial or batch details, seller response, and account history. We may request return, testing, identity confirmation, or a signed declaration where proportionate.

Possible outcomes

TAZEET may require delivery, repair, replacement, return, full or partial refund, returnless refund, or another lawful remedy. A marketplace decision may allocate the order amount, shipping, and return costs and may be funded by the seller or TAZEET according to responsibility and policy.

Limits

Buyer Protection generally covers the affected order value and amounts required by law, not unrelated or speculative losses. It does not cover dissatisfaction with accurately described goods where no change-of-mind right applies, damage caused after delivery, misuse, ordinary wear, or evidence known to be false. These limits do not override non-waivable rights.

Review

If you believe a decision overlooked material evidence, request review through the order case and identify the error. TAZEET’s operational decision is not a court judgment and does not prevent you from using rights available under applicable law.
