TAZEET aims to make marketplace shopping understandable and usable for people with diverse abilities, devices, languages, and connection speeds.
Our approach
We work toward recognized web-accessibility practices in navigation, keyboard use, focus visibility, contrast, text alternatives, labels, error messages, motion controls, and responsive layouts. Accessibility is an ongoing process across customer, seller, and support experiences.
Third-party content
Some seller images, product documents, payment interfaces, maps, or carrier tools are supplied by third parties. TAZEET requires appropriate content standards and works to address barriers but may not control every external component.
Request assistance
If you cannot access a product description, checkout, account feature, policy, or support channel, contact us with the page or feature, device and browser, preferred accessible format, and a description of the barrier. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.
Feedback and improvement
We review accessibility feedback and prioritize issues affecting essential shopping, payment, order, and support tasks. Where a digital barrier cannot be fixed immediately, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative consistent with security and law.
